Glenaire Upscale Continuing Care Retirement Community

We areseekinga polishedservicedrivenDining Services Coordinatorto help lead dining operations in our luxury senior living community. This highly visible role supports daily dining room oversight supervisor guidance and exceptional resident hospitality.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversees dining service and ensure a refined welcoming resident experience
  • Be present before during and after service to support supervisors and engage with residents
  • Monitor accuracy of reservations POS menus signage and event setups
  • Review schedules lead preservice meetings and conduct one on one check-ins with supervisors
  • Track attendance approve biweekly timecards and manage missed punches
  • Verify completion of previous nights closing duties
  • Ensure catering setups match BEO requirements
  • Fill in for absent supervisors when needed
Qualifications
  • 2 years experience in hospitality fine dining hotel or senior living
  • Strong leadership communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with POS systems and dining room operations preferred
  • Professional polished presence and a passion for exceptional service
