An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Pharmacy Operations Field Team in Region 7 in the role of Pharmacy Support Manager (PSM). You will be part of the team of PSMs who support our Store Leaders Pharmacists and Area managers to ensure our pharmacies deliver an efficient and profitable pharmacy business and lead for innovation in our stores.
What youll be doing
This role is a 12 month secondment where you will work 22.5 hours a week in region 7 London. You will be Pharmacy Support Manager for 2 areas in the Region.
Key responsibilities
Reporting directly into the Regional Pharmacy Operations Manager (RPOM) you will lead pharmacy teams with pace to ensure that our pharmacies are working efficiently and effectively to ensure a flawless patient experience in every store.

- Registered Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician
- 3 years community pharmacy experience
- It would be great if you also have
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in use of IT including MS Teams and Power Point
- Enthusiasm for automation and innovation in pharmacy
