Job Summary

Clinical Nurse Complex Care (East Anglia)


Location: Travel in the East Anglia Region Office and Remote opportunities
Contract: Full-Time / Permanent
Salary: Competitive dependent on experience


We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our expanding Complex Care Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality person-centred care and supporting others to do the same.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial clinical assessments for new complex care packages across the East Anglia region.
  • Develop review and update comprehensive care plans tailored to each individuals needs.
  • Provide specialised clinical training to care staff including but not limited to:
    • Catheter care (urethral and suprapubic)
    • Stoma care
    • PEG feeding and enteral nutrition
  • Carry out competency assessments and ensure care teams are confident and safe in delivering delegated healthcare tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with families multidisciplinary teams and external professionals to ensure seamless and high-quality care delivery.
  • Support ongoing clinical governance quality monitoring and service development.


About You:

  • Registered Nurse (Adult)
  • NMC Pin in good standing.
  • Experience in complex care community nursing or a similar role.
  • Confident in delivering clinical training and assessing competencies.
  • Strong communication organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and travel across the East Anglia region.
