As an Inside Sales Manager based in Barcelona the Netherlands or another EU hub you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our Material Protection business across the EMEA region. You will help accelerate commercial success by generating qualified opportunities strengthening customer relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration with the broader commercial organization. Essential Job Functions

  • Lead outbound prospecting efforts to identify and qualify new business opportunities across assigned EU territories.

  • Manage inbound leads assess customer needs and convert prospects into a strong sales pipeline.

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive renewals upselling and crossselling.

  • Deliver highquality product presentations demonstrations and pricing proposals to prospective customers.

  • Collaborate with field sales on strategic accounts and manage smooth handovers for complex opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales forecasts activity reports and market insights.

  • Partner closely with marketing customer service product and operations to maximize customer satisfaction and lead conversion.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 24 years experience in inside sales customer service business development or account management ideally in B2B environments.

  • Bachelors degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding capabilities.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce Dynamics).

  • Fluency in English; additional EU languages such as German French Spanish Italian or Dutch are an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.

  • Experience in technical chemical industrial manufacturing or SaaS sectors is a plus.
