Day-to-Day as Investment Associate:

• Work with a high-performing & growth-oriented investment team responsible for the management of over $14B in client assets
• Utilize Tamarac trading software for daily trading requirements and portfolio reporting
• Participate in Mission Wealths investment committee and contribute to the research of ETFs mutual funds individual stocks/bonds options and alternative investments used in Mission Wealth portfolios
• Interact with preferred custodians (Fidelity/Schwab) to execute trades
• Work with a high-performing & growth-oriented team
• Speak your mind have your voice heard innovate and streamline existing processes
• Grow yourself personally and professionally with the support of your team

What You Bring as an Investment Associate:

• Desire to work in a financial support role ideally with some experience within wealth management
• Bachelors Degree in Finance Business or Economics and a desire to achieve the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
• Excellent attention to detail multi-tasking and time management skills
• Strong knowledge base across investments economics accounting and financial planning
• Proficient with the full MS Office Suite; ability to create complex and impactful presentations/analysis
• Experience with Salesforce Tamarac/Envestnet & Fidelity/Schwab Bloomberg and FactSet
• A sincere desire to make a difference not only in clients lives but in the world demonstrated through your own volunteer journey

Job Type: Full-time salaried non-exempt

Location: This position is based out of our Santa Barbara office location. This is an in-office position.

Salary: $75000 plus annual bonus paid in quarterly increments
