Job Summary

The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization seeks an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic high-growth environment supporting two Directors within our Fulfillment Optimization team in Bellevue Washington. This is a 5-day in-office role.

Youll be part of a team that drives customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through customer Promise and innovative fulfillment network solutions. Our team makes delivery Promises we can keep and orchestrates order fulfillment initiatives - optimizing everything efficiently selecting the packaging and fulfilling millions of customer orders optimizing for cost space and other constraints while maintaining the highest service levels for our customers. This strategic work is fundamental to both creating and delivering on our customer promises.

As Executive Assistant youll serve as a trusted partner handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Your role encompasses managing calendar systems orchestrating events across various scales and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements. Beyond these core responsibilities youll be instrumental in fostering a collaborative team culture and building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups.

Execute complex calendar management and time-sensitive prioritization
Coordinate domestic/international travel efficiently
Manage confidential communications and documentation
Handle business operations and expense reconciliation

Prepare and manage meetings and documentation
Implement strategic planning and timeline development

Adapt to changes while maintaining operational excellence

Project/Program Management
Coordinate space management initiatives
Plan and execute events of various scales
Track team metrics and goals
Manage document creation and editing
Support project/program management activities

Leadership Support
Influence at leadership level through effective communication
Build relationships across global EA community
Demonstrate executive presence and professional judgment
Support team development and mentoring initiatives

A day in the life
No two days are exactly alike in this dynamic role. While priorities and challenges vary heres what you might expect in a typical day:

* Start your day reviewing and adjusting executive calendars
* Coordinate with global stakeholders across time zones
* Manage time-sensitive requests and communications
* Prepare materials for executive meetings
* Handle travel logistics and event planning
* Support critical business operations
* Facilitate team communications and coordination
* Execute on special projects and initiatives

About the team
Youll be part of a team that makes delivery Promises designs and optimizes Amazons vast fulfillment network orchestrating the planning of inventory labor and transportation resources across a global scale. The team builds systems managing billions of worldwide customer Promises shipments and drives innovations in delivery speed and cost reduction. As a central part of Amazons evolution toward faster delivery were transforming how packages reach customers making a direct impact on Amazons bottom line through sophisticated logistics optimization. Our fulfillment network has undergone radical transformation in recent years and we continue to pioneer solutions that shape the future of e-commerce delivery.

- 2 years of senior level leadership support or 1 years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management

- Experience in a fast-paced high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical dental vision prescription Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans EAP Mental Health Support Medical Advice Line Flexible Spending Accounts Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage) 401(k) matching paid time off and parental leave.
