What Youll Do
As a 2nd Shift Paint Line Associate your responsibilities will include:
- Carefully loading unfinished materials or parts onto the paint line
- Performing powder coating on materials or parts according to specifications
- Unloading finished materials or parts and properly packaging them for shipment
- Following directions from supervisors or leads on job-specific tasks
- Maintaining a clean organized and safe work area
What Were Looking For
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Dependable team-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle physical workload in a manufacturing environment
- Previous manufacturing or powder coating experience is helpful but not required training is provided
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
