Security Officer Warehouse Morning Shift

As a Security Officer Concierge Desk in Hagerstown MD you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal you will be the welcoming presence at a busy retail distribution location helping to manage access greet visitors support communication and respond to security-related needs with professionalism. This stationary role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service attention to detail and being part of an agile reliable and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a busy retail distribution location.
• Monitor front desk activity greet visitors vendors and/or associates and help manage access in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents questions and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Assist with visitor check-in badge distribution log entries and/or verification of deliveries and scheduled appointments following site-specific requirements.
• Observe front entrance and lobby activity and help to deter unauthorized access unusual behavior and/or policy violations through visible presence and professional communication.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
