Join Our Team as an Attorney at Axiom

We are seeking a Real Estate Finance Counsel to join our Financial Services and Real Estate this role you will provide expert legal advice and support to our clients in commercial real estate and finance ensuring compliance and mitigating risk. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leading clients in commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) lease financing and real estate joint ventures shaping legal strategies and driving business success. This is an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting reviewing and negotiating commercial real estate finance documents loan agreements mortgage-backed securities contracts and lease financing agreements.
• Providing legal guidance on CMBS transactions FHA and HUD regulatory compliance and property-level due diligence.
• Collaborating with internal legal finance and risk teams as well as external counsel and financial institutions on real estate finance and joint venture transactions.
• Managing real estate finance regulatory and transactional legal issues for clients in commercial property investment and development sectors.
• Staying ahead of industry trends FHA/HUD regulations and market developments to provide proactive counsel.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance or structured real estate transactions.
• Strong knowledge of CMBS mortgage-backed securities FHA/HUD regulations LTV analysis and lease financing structures.
• Proven track record of advising clients on commercial real estate finance transactions joint ventures and compliance matters.
• Excellent communication negotiation technology and problem-solving skills.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with property-level due diligence international or cross-border real estate transactions and structured finance matters.
• Familiarity with real estate investment trusts (REITs) or capital markets transactions.

Compensation:

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $00 per year and for non-attorney roles is $ per year.Compensation decisions are based on various factors including but not limited to experience skills certifications location and business needs.
