The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Work Movement Manager to join our Work Movement team in Everett WA or Renton WA.
The Manager will provide support to external companies and internal organizations through his/her supply chain knowledge. This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution enabling the organizations to improve systems business policies processes and efficiencies. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain work movement functions data analysis forecasting supply and/or demand troubleshooting and additional duties as assigned.
This role requires a keen attention to detail. The individual selected will be responsible for carefully monitoring and measuring supplier performance while clearly communicating performance expectations.

Our team is looking for a Level K Supply Chain Work Movement Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages Supply Base Management Specialist employees performing activities related to supplier/subcontractor business relationships in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.
- Monitors supplier quality delivery and financial performance.
- Provides oversight guidance and approval of supply base plans to ensure integration with customer program and commodity strategies.
- Manages develops and motivates employees.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- 5 years of experience with Supplier Management Supplier Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
- 3 years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
- 3 years of experience in leadership role leading global teams initiatives or projects to meet business objectives and influence change
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- Bachelors Degree or Advanced Degree
- 3 years of experience demonstrating exceptional business analytical and problem-solving skills
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing or operations environment
- Project Management Certification
