PRN Remote CRNP Follow-Up Medication Management
Location: Primarily Remote (with biweekly onsite orientation in Delaware County)
Hours: 1624 hours per week to start
Schedule: Flexible PRN
MVP Recovery is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to provide follow-up medication management appointments in a PRN primarily remote capacity. This role is focused exclusively on established patients and medication follow-ups supporting continuity of care within our outpatient programs.
This position operates under a fee-for-service (FFS) compensation model for billable clinical encounters with an additional stipend for required non-billable time including documentation care coordination and team communication.
Onsite / Hybrid Expectation
- To support orientation and clinical alignment the CRNP will be required to be onsite for approximately 2 hours bi-weekly to start.
- Over time this role may transition to a hybrid model if clinically or operationally necessary based on program needs and mutual agreement.
- Conduct follow-up medication management appointments via telehealth.
- Assess patient response to medications and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
- Document all encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support continuity and quality of care.
- Participate in required administrative tasks team communication and coordination as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all clinical regulatory and organizational standards.
- Competitive fee-for-service (FFS) rate for billable patient encounters aligned with current telehealth psychiatric NP market trends.
- Stipend for non-billable time including documentation meetings and required administrative duties.
- Final compensation is commensurate with experience licensure and clinical scope.
- Active unrestricted CRNP license in Pennsylvania.
- Experience with outpatient medication management; psychiatric medication management experience strongly preferred.
- Comfort working in a telehealth environment.
- Strong clinical judgment organization and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- This is a PRN position with flexible scheduling.
- Hours may adjust based on program needs.
