The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Mid-Level Supply Chain Staff Analyst to support our Manufacturing Support & Supply Chain team in North Charleston South Carolina.
We are seeking a critical thinker who understands the importance of developing and implementing strategic plans & bringing a dedicated focus to drive alignment within our Manufacturing environment. Responsibilities involve data analytics valuing and practicing outstanding project management skills and demonstrating a solid understanding of time management/organization skills. A key focus for this role will be onsite supplier and resource planning for the team.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops plans for long range strategies organizational goals objectives and initiatives
Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
Develops coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources
Delivers informational or technical materials
Onsite supplier and resource planning
Reviews data and industrial engineering inputs for chart creation and recommendations
Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options
Provides strategic design logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget
Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants
Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
Develops and deploys localized training content
Works with sensitive information and safeguards confidential information
Uses various software tools and system applications to manage synthesize and interpret data relevant to workload responsibilities problem identification and resolution
Uses knowledge of techniques to identify & enhance customer capabilities best practices resources and constraints to provide effective support
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience communicating to employees customers peers and multiple levels of leadership
3 years of experience collecting data from multiple sources performing analysis and presenting data
3 years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel PowerPoint Outlook Word)
Experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and deliver plans
5 years of experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
Experience working in an aerospace or manufacturing environment
Positive attitude willingness to think outside the box
Advanced critical thinking skills
