Otis está creciendo y estamos reclutando un Supervisor de Instalaciones para nuestro equipo de CDMX. El objetivo principal de la función es realizar la gestión diaria y la formación del personal de campo incluyendo la selección de empleados la formación en campo y la seguridad. Esta persona también dirigirá los esfuerzos operativos y garantizará una satisfacción superior del cliente.
En un día normal tendrás que:
Coordinar primera visita con ventas para entregarla documentación de construcción e instalación
Programar visitas a obra para supervisar avance de preparaciónde cubo
Programar recepción de materiales de obra
Supervisar el avance del proceso de instalación
Entregar documentos para cierre de contrato
Realizar auditorías FPAs mensualmente y aplicar/ realizar lassanciones correspondientes cuando aplique
Entregar tiempos de personal técnico a la administración y llevarel control de horas semanalmente por equipo y proyecto
Impartircapacitación mensual de seguridad al personal técnicoasignado
Enviar reportes mensuales sobre avances y cierres de contratos
Llevar el control financiero de sus contratos asignados
Lo que necesitarás para tener éxito!
Educación superior obligatoria; Ingenierias o afín
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posición similar. Preferente en la industria.
Disponibilidad para viajar
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y muy orientado a equipos
