Contributions

Assist in performing project delivery excellence reviews
Assist in assessing project risk against defined quality metrics
Assist in development and testing of new business processes capabilities and their supporting technologies.
Analyze data to improve operational practices in the area of Quality
Collaborate and innovate to connect our people with the technology they need to build market relevant skills and be impactful to the business.
Continually experience new and engaging opportunities challenging work flexibility career sponsorship and mentoring and recognition for your contributions

Qualifications

Education / Experience:

Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in a relevant subject areas
Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
Rising Junior rising Senior or current Senior in college
Local to the DMV area

Key Skills Required:

Practical experience generating process documentation and writing reports
Excellent communicator with ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong interpersonal written and communication skills
Ability to learn new skills tools and technology
Resourceful in overcoming obstacles
Critical thinker who will think outside the box.
Understanding of the Agile software life-cycle.
Research business and technical topics
