What Youll Do:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directly manage Service Managers and through them oversee Field Technicians.
- Monitoring and changing routes as needed.
- Vetting your teams schedule to set them up for efficient and successful days.
- Holding technicians accountable to company process procedure and quality standards with QA checks training and performance evaluations.
- Fostering and developing problem solving within your team.
- Suggesting changes as needed with management and leadership team.
- Overseeing and ensuring that production goals are met on a monthly basis.
- Leading department meetings on a weekly basis.
- Hiring and training new team members.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with your technicians and customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
- 4 years of experience managing a portfolio of business with Profit & Loss ownership and/or leading a team.
- Bachelors degree in business or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills including in-person written and presentation delivery.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train coach and motivate team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.).
- Valid drivers license.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all departments and levels of the organization.
- Strategic leadership approach with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
