Our client is a growing pest control company based in Alabama USA serving residential customers with reliable high-quality home security services (systems) and pest management solutions. They work closely with real estate owners and new home buyers to ensure properties are protected from day one.
The Role
Were looking for a proactive and confident Appointment Setter / Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by contacting warm leadsprimarily new home buyersand scheduling appointments for in-person or virtual sales consultations. This role is critical in keeping the sales pipeline full and moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to warm leads (new home buyers) via phone text and/or email
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure accurate calendar management
- Maintain and update CRM records with call outcomes and appointment details
- Follow up on missed calls no-shows and pending leads
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets
Requirements
- Previous experience as an appointment setter sales coordinator or inside sales rep
- Strong phone presence and clear professional communication skills
- Comfortable working US business hours (Alabama / CST)
- Organized detail-oriented and reliable
- Experience working with CRMs and scheduling tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Nice to Have
- Experience in home services pest control real estate or insurance
- Understanding of working with warmleads
- Prior experience working with US-based clients
Compensation
- Base Salary: USD $1200 $1500 per month
- Commission: Performance-based commission on booked and/or closed appointments
- Schedule: Full-time US hours (Alabama time zone)
