Connectivity Service and Ops Lead

POSITION SUMMARY: NXP Semiconductors is seeking a seasoned Network Operations Lead to oversee and drive the operational excellence of its Global Connectivity infrastructure including LAN WAN WiFi On-Prem/Cloud Networking Firewalls DDIN DNS and Load Balancing. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless connectivity across NXPs global footprint and will be based in India supporting the strategic Operations/Expansion of our Global Network Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day operations of NXPs global network infrastructure ensuring high availability performance and incident change and problem resolution processes in alignment with ITIL with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure SLA adherence and continuous service as a liaison between Global Business Groups On-Site Support Leads and Infrastructure Engineering Teams to align network operations with business the health and performance of LAN/WAN (MPLS SD-WAN)/WiFi networks cloud and on-prem connectivity firewalls DDIN DNS and load balancing data center operations including network security compliance and capacity to strategic initiatives such as network security platform unification data center rationalization and next-gen WiFi in M&A integrations and new site/lab builds ensuring network readiness and tools like ServiceNow Splunk and Observo for proactive monitoring incident tracking and performance improvements in MTTR First Time Resolution and First Contact Resolution :Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.10 years of experience in network operations with at least 5 years in a leadership expertise in managing global network infrastructure across LAN WAN WiFi cloud and security understanding of ITIL processes and experience working with communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies and -on experience with Cisco networking platforms (routers switches wireless controllers).Experience with Palo Alto Networks/Fortinet/Cisco firewalls and security with F5/Avi load balancers and application delivery of AWS and Azure cloud networking and hybrid with ServiceNow for ITSM and operational with Splunk for log analysis and network performance with Network Monitoring Tools such as SolarWinds Observo or equivalent with DNS/DDI solutions and secure mobile access -on expertise with:oFirewall Platforms like: Palo Alto Networks ZScaler Fortinet Cisco FirewallsoCloud Security: AWS and Azure firewall services cloud-native security controlsoNetworking Technologies like MPLS SD-WAN WiFi LAN DNS Load Balancing Protocols/Debugging/Troubleshooting oAutomation Tools: Terraform Ansible Python scripting for firewall automationoSecurity Capabilities: DLP CASB Zero Touch CNAAP URL Filtering SaaS Security AI Edge Security AI Ops Advanced Threat ProtectionoMonitoring & ITSM Tools: Splunk ServiceNow SolarWinds Observo
