Job Summary

Job Description:

An opportunity for a quality conformance management has arisen within Airbus Operations in Getafe Madrid

a transversal QCM you will

- Lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting the measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements to increase

- Monitor process performance and product adherence to standards

- Ensure reliability of processes and repeatability of processes at initial design phase before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product.

RESPONSABILITIES

- Lead the Non Allocated Concession process for HTPs

- Lead and execute the PPVs (Production and Process Verification) for HTPs

- Participate in the PPVs and Control Plan routines

- Participate in the erradication of repetitive concessions

- Lead the my poli-poli AOS brick for quality

- Benchmarking and dissemination of quality qools within other areas/plants

SKILLS

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering.
- Experience in Quality Production Manufacturing Engineering or Programmes.

- Evolving in multi-cultural context.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Computing/digital skills will be valuable
