岗位职责
熟悉岗位的产品图样工艺文件检验文件和有关技术标准要求熟练掌握有关检验器具和检验方法
严格执行质量管理体系文件对其检验的产品做出质量判定并对判定结果的正确性和由此引起的质量事故负责
对检验过程中发现的质量问题分析原因并按规定及时向有关部门反馈
做好不合格品的标记及时监督隔离存放保证不合格品不流入下道工序
认真填报各种有关质量原始记录做到文字清晰数据真实可靠内容完整妥善保存并按规定及时上报
按规定做好产品检验过程中的标记标识
定期抽查各工序工艺纪律
按照要求对检测设备吊具工装量具等进行日常的维护和保养
按规定及时向质量主管汇报质量检验工作情况产品质量状况以及存在的主要质量问题
及时向生产车间或班组反映产品质量情况
按规定及时收集整理反馈质量信息
岗位要求
大专以上学历
有装配焊接机加工经验
熟练操作办公软件Word Excel等
