Key Accountabilities
- 全面掌握公司特有的工艺流程供应商网络与客户质量要求
- 系统梳理并优化现有质量文件检验标准与案例库实现隐性知识的显性化与传承
- 负责日常质量监控过程控制SPC不合格品处理及客户投诉的闭环管理
- 特别关注外观件质量标准以及涂布挤出等核心工艺的过程能力提升
- 作为关键纽带确保总部质量要求与本土执行之间的准确高效传达
- 协同生产工艺研发部门推动跨部门质量改进项目降低质量成本
- 在过渡期逐步承担团队指导与培养职责
- 营造学习氛围帮助团队提升在质量工具和跨文化沟通方面的能力
Process and Technology:
- 熟悉涂布工艺了解并识别关键工艺参数对产品光学特性和力学特性等潜在影响
- 精通6西格玛FMEA等风险预防工具能协助工程和生产针对工艺变异制定预防措施
- 能数量运用SPC监控质量特性通过Cp/Cpk分析工程能力及时发现异常趋势并推动纠正措施
- 主导工艺变更的质量验证确保变更后的产品符合客户规格
- 熟悉汽车膜相关标准能将标准要求转化为内控标准能解读OEM客户等的特殊要求并确保满足客户要求
- 具备与工艺工程师生产团队协同解决工艺问题的经验能通过质量工具8D5Why推动根本原因分析并验证改进效果能评估关键材料供应商的工艺稳定性确保来料符合质量标准
Qualifications and Requirements
本科及以上学历工程或材料相关专业年龄40岁以下
- 5年以上制造业质量管理经验
- 有以下经验优先考虑具备外观件质量管理经验熟悉表面缺陷的判定与控制拥有光学膜涂布挤出等精密涂布行业工艺或质量经验具备汽车行业质量工程经验熟悉IATF16949及主流客户审核流程
- 英语能力良好的英文读写能力可独立处理英文技术文件与报告
- 专业能力熟悉核心质量工具
- 谦虚务实尊重历史与经验具备空杯心态和学习精神
- 严谨细致坚持原则对数据和细节敏感做事扎实
