Were looking for a hands-on motivated On-Site Property Manager to lead daily operations at a dynamic mixed-use community in the Lincoln Park area of Los Angeles. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment takes ownership and enjoys being deeply involved in both people and property.

What Youll Be Doing
- Act as the primary on-site leader and point of contact for residents
- Manage resident relations and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Oversee rent collections and follow up on unpaid balances
- Maintain strong occupancy levels with a goal of 95%
- Execute new leases and renewals ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Develop pricing strategies and make market-driven recommendations
- Monitor competitors and adjust positioning to stay ahead
- Walk the property daily and oversee building and grounds operations
- Coordinate closely with maintenance to resolve issues efficiently
- Oversee residential commercial and food hall operations
- Prepare monthly leasing rent and incident reports
- Lead and collaborate with a small on-site team to maximize performance
What Were Looking For
- 35 years of property management experience
- Strong background in residential multi-family housing
- Comfortable using property management software (AppFolio is a plus)
- Highly organized proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
Bonus Points If You Have
- Bilingual Spanish skills
- Experience with commercial or mixed-use properties
