The Human Resources (HR) function supports the organization by managing the full employee lifecycle fostering a highperformance culture and ensuring an efficient peoplecentric workplace. This role partners with employees leaders and crossfunctional teams to deliver HR services drive talent development and reward initiatives and support organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support core HR operations including recruitment onboarding employee records and HR service delivery.
- Provide HR data reports and insights.
- Implementing HR policies processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of learning initiatives.
- Support organizational development activities.
- Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR matters.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Business Psychology or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
