As HR intern you would be assigned to learn and assist in various HR processes such as administrative tasks upkeep records & scheduling interviews manage job ads and assist in the implementation of company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Files documents and assist to handle employee inquiries.
- Mini-projects assignment e.g. process improvement.
- Schedules interviews and confirms applicant availability on-boarding administration.
- Active participation in employees networking and engagement activities.
- Performs ad hoc tasks as required
Qualifications :
- Enrolled in a university or college program at Degree level such as Business Administration Psychology Human Resources Communications or relevant.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Able to demonstrate professional work ethic.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skill.
- This position is based in Pasir Gudang.
