POSITION: High School Intervention Specialist
LOCATION:Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School
EFFECTIVE:August 1 2026
SALARY: Starting salary will depend on the candidates experience and training.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Appropriate Ohio Certification/Licensure
- Prior Teaching Experience Preferred
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work effectively with others
- Ability to communicate ideas and directives clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
- Effective active listening skills
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and keyboarding skills
- Patience and understanding
- Ability to effectively complete Job Description Duties and Responsibilities
Preferred Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Mild to Moderate or Moderate to Intensive
- CPI Trained
