Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning: Develop marketing operations strategyandroadmap plans fornew tech/AIinnovation andimprovedcustomer experiences and journeys.This includes support for both B2C and B2B campaigns driving engagement and demand generation.
Process & Technology: Oversee marketing tech stack (marketing automation platform)optimizeworkflowsmanagebudgetand ensure data integrity for campaign execution.Partner closely withSalesforceteam to develop scalable architecture foromni-channelexperiencesand lifecycle marketing.
Operations &Development:Lead the developmentimplementationexecutionand enhancementsofexisting andnew patient experiencesin Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
Data & Analytics:Lead team responsible fortestingreportingand outcomes;analyzecampaign performance and providestrategicactionable insightsand recommendationsto leadership.Manage segmentationstrategypersonalizationplanning andimplementation ofattribution models.
Campaign Management:Lead oversight of lifecycle andcampaign strategy ensure content resonancemonitoroutcomes and drive optimizationof performance.This includes omni-channel strategies and touchpointssuch asemail direct mail SMS phone campaigns and provider outreach.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate withproductsalesengineeringandanalytics teams to ensure marketing efforts support business goalssuch as product revenue growthdemand generation member engagement and customerretention.Work with legalcomplianceand privacy to ensure requirements are met. Operate as one team with shared outcomes.
Leadership:Manage marketing operations team mentorfor career development foster a customer-first culture and manage change within adynamic environment.Responsible forteamprocesses standard operations procedures technicaldocumentationand quality control.
Compliance & Governance:Ensure all activitiescomply withindustry regulationsanddata privacy laws (e.g.HIPAA). Understand and execute data captureplansprivacyand consent management.
Skills & Experience:
Bachelors degree in business marketing or engineering or equivalent and typically requires 12 years of relative experience including 4 years of management experience
7 Years of experience in Marketing Automation and/or Operations roles preferablyin healthcare and/or SaaSindustries
StrongB2C andB2B marketingbackground data storytelling and technicalexpertise(Marketing Automation Platforms CRM)
SalesforceMarketing Cloudexperienceand Data Cloudexperiencestronglypreferred
Strong knowledge ofAMPscript SQLandHTML/CSS/Responsive Design
Deep knowledge of Marketing Clouddata structureAPIs Data Extensions Marketing Cloud SFTPand functionalitysuch as Journey Builder Email Studioand Marketing Cloud Connector App withinSalesforce
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM Sales Service and/or Experience Clouds
Knowledge of productdevelopment lifecycle and tools such as JIRA
Experience working in healthcare or another regulated industry with knowledge of HIPAAPHI/PIIdata privacyandcompliance requirements
Leadershipandstakeholder management and ability to work in ambiguity
Experience in building scalable systems and driving automation for growth
