As the Plant Controller NA at our Mapleton IL site you will play a critical role in strengthening financial performance supporting operations and helping drive continuous improvement within the **Microbial Control Solutions (MCS)** business. You will be a key member of the Plant Leadership Team partnering across functions to enhance cost transparency challenge the status quo and identify opportunities that contribute to Arxadas ongoing growth. Your work will directly support datadriven decisions that improve efficiency safeguard assets and ensure the financial accuracy that powers our success. --

Essential Job Functions

  • Lead all plant financial management activities ensuring accurate manufacturing reporting and strong internal controls.
  • Drive daily cost accounting and analysis proactively identifying variances investigating root causes and recommending actions that enhance performance.
  • Oversee production order accuracy (issues receipts settlements) and ensure smooth monthend closing processes.
  • Manage fixed asset governance including budget oversight compliance with accounting policies and financial evaluation of major investments.
  • Deliver timely and clear financial reporting forecasting and analysis to plant leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Support internal and external audits and oversee balancesheet accuracy through regular reviews.
  • Lead the annual plant budget process including cost standards census validation and production volume planning.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain on slowmoving and offgrade inventory assessments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration required; MBA preferred.
  • 510 years of progressive experience in Finance & Controlling ideally within manufacturing.
  • Strong financial acumen with proven ability to translate operational decisions into financial impact.
  • Demonstrated experience in cost accounting forecasting reporting and fixedasset management.
  • Skilled communicator able to convey complex insights succinctly to senior leadership. - Collaborative team player with a proactive solutionsdriven mindset; thrives in a fastpaced changeoriented environment. - **SAP experience is required.**

The expected salary range for this role is 83-136k annually . Actual compensation may vary depending on experience education training certification location and other jobrelated nondiscriminatory factors permitted by law.

This role is also eligible to earn a shortterm incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan medical dental vision life and disability insurance paid time off paid holidays and paid sick leave.
