What its like to be a Director of Commercial Operations at Director of Commercial Operations
In the role of Director of Commercial Operations youll be the driving force behind optimizing our quote processes and ensuring we meet our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with speedy quote turnaround times. You will lead the Customer Solutions Center designing quote intake standards and enforcing follow-up protocols to prevent stalled deals. By implementing effective sales enablement programs youll accelerate new reps ramp-up time improving their productivity and time-to-first-deal. Your creativity and focus will transform asset management into a streamlined system enhancing our inventory velocity and reducing aged inventory dollars. You will also integrate financial and billing processes to ensure a smooth deal pipeline minimizing errors and delays.
With a knack for problem-solving youll publish actionable commercial reports that drive results keeping our team aligned and motivated. Get ready to impact everything from sales outcomes to customer satisfaction in this exciting opportunity!
What you need to be successful
To thrive as the Director of Commercial Operations at Rexco Equipment Inc. youll need a robust skill set that combines technical prowess and interpersonal finesse. A Bachelor of Arts in business or a related field or equivalent experience is essential to bring a foundational understanding of commercial dynamics.
