Join Pinsent Masons fast-growing Tier 1 Social Housing Finance team and work on some of the markets highest-profile social housing finance transactions for a wide variety of funders investors and other key stakeholders.

What Were Looking For:
An England & Wales qualified lawyer with 25 years PQE from a leading national or City firm with experience in social housing finance or real estate finance or a strong interest in developing expertise in this sector.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset. They should be inquisitive eager to learn and committed to developing their knowledge and skills. Excellent organisational abilities and strong project management skills are essential.
The successful candidate will also play an active role in client business development initiatives collaborate effectively as part of a highperforming team and demonstrate a genuine interest in contributing to the continued growth of our social housing finance offering.
