Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dynatrace Administrator to manage configure and optimize Dynatrace monitoring for a banking/financial services environment. The role focuses on ensuring high availability performance and reliability of critical banking applications while meeting strict security compliance and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Dynatrace SaaS/Managed environments for banking applications
Install configure and upgrade OneAgent across servers containers and cloud platforms
Monitor application performance infrastructure and user experience (APM Infra RUM)
Configure dashboards alerts management zones and tagging strategies
Perform root cause analysis using Davis AI and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with application infrastructure and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues
Ensure monitoring coverage for core banking payment systems APIs and middleware
Integrate Dynatrace with tools such as ServiceNow Jira Splunk CI/CD pipelines
Support production releases incident response and post-incident reviews
Prepare performance reports and SLA/SLO metrics for stakeholders
