We are looking for:

Data Science& AIBusinessConsultant

Your future role:

• Gather and interpret business requirements to align data-driven solutions with strategic goals

• Employ advanceddataanalytics methodologies to address business challengesoptimizingpredictive and prescriptive analytics to drive strategic decisions

• Develop train andvalidatemachine learning models to forecast trends and behaviors

• Present analytical insights to stakeholders and clients tofacilitateinformed decision-making

• Develop comprehensive reports and visualizations that underscore critical data pointsfacilitatingrobust risk management and process optimization

• Lead initiatives such as proposal drafting proof-of-concept creation and feasibility studies for new product development and market expansion.

• Ability to tell a clear compelling story using data and insights

• Excellent communication skills from formulating analytical problems to clear and intuitive presentation of results

• Professional experience delivering and implementing data and AI solutions

• Analytical skills with the ability to collect transformand analyzedata(usinge.g.Python R SQL)

• Experience in processing structured and unstructured data for analysis and modeling

• Familiaritywith GenAI solutionsandLLMs

• Experience withdatavisualization toolssuch as Power BI/Tableau

• Fluent communication in Polish and English.

Nice to have:

• Previousexperience in a consultancy roledemonstratingsuccessful project delivery and client satisfaction

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) for data processing

• Experience integrating AI-powered solutions into existing business workflows

• Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks and prompt engineering techniques
