JEVS Care at Home is a growing home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate high-quality care to seniors and individuals who need support at home. Our caregivers are the heart of what we doand were looking for a motivated Recruiter to help us find hire and retain top caregiving talent. This position is responsible for caregiver recruitment in our Philadelphia Allentown and Gettysburg offices.
Recruiter will be based in our Philadelphia office.
Position Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of caregivers including sourcing screening interviewing hiring and onboarding. This role plays a critical part in ensuring we maintain a strong reliable workforce to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract caregivers through job boards social media referrals community outreach and local partnerships
- Screen applicants via phone video and in-person interviews
- Coordinate background checks reference checks and credential verification
- Manage caregiver onboarding orientation and initial paperwork
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records
- Build and maintain a strong caregiver pipeline
- Collaborate with operations teams to meet staffing needs
- Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-hire applicant flow retention trends)
- Represent the agency at job fairs and community events as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- 13 years of recruiting staffing or HR experience (healthcare or home care preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume hiring
- Comfortable using applicant tracking systems and online job platforms (knowledge of HireBridge HHAeXchange UltiPro is a plus)
- Knowledge of home care regulations and caregiver requirements is a plus
- Bilingual skills are a plus
