Summary:
The Operations Manager Installed Sales is responsible for overseeing operational performance capacity alignment and execution standards across the Installed Sales organization. This role provides leadership governance and escalation support to ensure projects are executed consistently efficiently and in alignment with company objectives. The Operations Manager partners with Project Managers Estimators and Procurement to remove constraints improve processes and support scalable growth.

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prior estimator or work order writing experience is helpful.
Work Environment:
While performing this jobs duties the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit use hands and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
