Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and transform it into reality through custom jewelry pieces
- Source materials and design concepts to create unique and personalized jewelry pieces
- Manage the artistic direction of the brand ensuring consistency and alignment with client desires
- Work with a highly curated collection of exquisite jewelry pieces and assist clients in selecting the perfect item
- Create a personalized shopping experience for clients building strong connections and trust
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in the jewelry industry
- Strong eye for design and detail with a passion for creating unique and beautiful pieces
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of jewelry trends materials and techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 0 year experience in a similar role within the jewelry industry
- Experience in creating custom jewelry pieces and working closely with clients
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of designers and artists
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $70000 - $110000 per year
