Vehicle Upgrade Coordinator

At Castle Volkswagen of Schaumburg we are hiring a Vehicle Upgrade this role youll bridge service and sales with the goal of encouraging existing customers to upgrade their current vehicle to a newer one.

Vehicle Upgrade Coordinator Responsibilities

• Works directly with customers who bring their vehicles in for service to identify opportunities to talk about upgrading to a newer model
• Builds rapport and explains the benefits of upgrading (e.g. newer features better financing trade-in equity)
• Presents tailored offers based on customer needs and dealership programs
• Acts as a liaison between the service and sales teams to capture upgrade leads from service customers and hand them off to sales consultants
• Coordinates appointments follow-ups and communicates opportunities to the rest of the sales staff
• Uses the dealerships CRM and data systems to track leads schedule follow-ups and manage customer information
• Stays up to date on vehicle inventory manufacturer incentives and current sales specials

Vehicle Upgrade Coordinator Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales customer service and/or in a dealership upgrade role
• Strong understanding of automotive sales and service operations
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate between departments
• Comfort with CRM software and dealership management systems
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid drivers license

Vehicle Upgrade Coordinator: $55K - $90K

Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
