Job Summary

We are seeking a Financial Manager to join our clients team. The Financial Manager oversees all financial operations of the company including budgeting reporting and cash flow management. The candidate ensures compliance with accounting standards tax and zakat regulations while providing financial insights to support strategic decisions. The role involves preparing financial statements managing project costs and optimizing profitability across real estate and contracting activities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the companys financial strategy aligned with business goals.
Prepare and review financial statements budgets and cash flow reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax and zakat regulations.
Oversee daily financial operations including payments reconciliations and collections.
Manage project costing profitability analysis and financial performance tracking.
Supervise and develop the finance and accounting team.
Conduct financial feasibility studies for new investments and projects.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity within ERP systems.
Provide regular financial insights and reports to executive management for decisionmaking

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 15 years of financial experience including 3-5 years in a managerial role.
Experience in construction or real estate development sectors.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle SAP or Odoo).
Proven ability in budgeting forecasting and cash flow management.
Excellent analytical organizational and leadership skills.
Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
