About the Role
As a Finance Business Partner for Housing Servicesyou will be an integral part of our Finance team working closely with keystakeholders within the Housing Services department to provide insightfulfinancial analysis operational guidance and decision support. You will havethe opportunity to contribute to the financial planning budgetingforecasting and reporting processes ensuring alignment with organisationalgoals and objectives. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impactby driving financial performance optimising resource allocation and fosteringcontinuous improvement.
About You
You will manage the rent and service charge process and will line manage one finance assistant who are responsible for the administration of rental income and service charge income providing operational leadership in line with CCHAs policies and values.
The key areas of focus will be: business partnering management accounts oversight of rent accounting and analysis and service charge related tasks.
You will form part of the management finance team where you will provide support to the Head of Finance.
