    Lead the full performance management cycle including goal setting mid-year conversations and year-end reviews ensuring performance processes drive business success.

    Conduct talent reviews and succession planning to identify critical roles and ensure robust talent pipelines for sustainable organizational growth.
  • 员工敬业度提升负责Gallup员工敬业度调查分析结果并制定改进方案提升员工体验和团队凝聚力
    Manage Gallup engagement surveys analyze results and implement action plans to enhance employee experience and team engagement.

    Assist Ops team in optimizing organizational structure driving HR process optimization and providing professional advice on organizational design company culture talent development and employee motivation strategies.
  • 关键岗位继任计划制定并执行关键岗位继任计划确保业务连续性和人才稳定性
    Develop and implement succession plans for critical roles to ensure business continuity and talent stability.

本地人力资源支持 / Local HR Initiative Support

  • 人力资源伙伴报告根据业务需求完成周期性或临时性的人力资源分析报告

Prepare periodic or ad-hoc HR analysis reports based on business needs providing actionable insights to support decision-making.

  • 新员工入职与培训组织新员工入职培训确保顺利融入公司文化和流程
    Coordinate new hire orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding and cultural integration.
  • 本地HR项目执行推动本地HR项目如员工活动文化建设提升员工参与度和满意度
    Lead local HR initiatives including engagement programs and cultural activities to foster a positive work environment.

任职要求:

  • 学历背景

  • Education: Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources Business Administration or related fields preferred.

  • 工作经验
  • 3年HRBP相关工作经验有外企或跨国公司工作经验优先
    Minimum 3 years of HRBP experience. Experience in foreign/multinational companies with exposure to global HR practices are preferred.

  • 语言能力

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) for business communication.
