PrimaryDuties:
Intake Coordination and CarePro/ClientManagement:
- Develops master schedule and manages ongoing staffing needswhile ensuring an appropriate match between clientand the abilities/restrictions of field staff (client satisfaction calls within 24 hrs of first shift)
- Communicatewithfieldstaffandyourteamofcoordinatorstoensure excellent customerservicetoallclients
- WorkcloselywithHRtorecruittraindevelopandplanthesuccessionofhighperformingclientfocusedintakecoordinators.
- Leadteammeetingscapacityplanningresourceallocationandreportingonperformance
- MaintainthePerformanceManagementprocessincluding accessing skillsgapsdevelopingand deliveringtrainingsupportprovidingongoingmentorshipandcoaching anddelivering performancereviewsandweeklycheck-ins
- Organize appropriate coverage of field staff in instances of vacations leaves of absence illness orinjury
- Monitorandmaintainattendancemanagementprogram
- Createandmaintaintheclientassignmentsforallthecoordinatorsbygeographycontractetc.
- Minimize overtime of field staff
- Supportfield-staffoutsideofficehoursasOn-callManager(occasionaleveningand weekends)inordertoprovideassistance anddirectionincaseof anemergency
- Provide coordination coverage as appropriate when short staffed and during peak times

- Work with clinical managers to ensure they remain up to date and bring ideas forward forcontinuous improvementpolicies proceduresand company practices including overtime reduction strategies field staff shortage strategies
AdditionalDuties:
- Implement innovative and efficient procedures/strategies in areas of recruitmentplacements administrative tasks and interviews for time-management purposes and to stay within pre-set deadlines and budgets
- Document SOPsfortheintake coordinationteamforfuturetraining purposes
- Collaborates with payroll and HR department to handle field staff inquiries such as payroll issues letters ofemployment and leave management
- Mitigatehandleanddocumentallclientandfieldstaffconcernsinatimelymannerandasappropriatenotify managers
- Maintainconfidentialityofallclientsstaffandcompanyinformationatalltimes
- Ensure the COVID-19vaccine policyis upheld amongst field staff (and coordination team) including correct reportingwithin Axis of vaccine status and attestation forms
- ResponsibleforcompletingIncidentReportsforalldirectreportsandfieldstaff whoinjurethemselvesonthe jobwithin 24 hours of the incident and notifying your direct manager andHR.
Salary range should be $55k-$65K based on experience.
