Excellent Business English and communication skills
Ability to work on mixed shift approach ( 3/4 pm - 11 pm/12 am) to be able to provide support to customers in North America market
Minimum 4 year of work experience in relevant field and customer focused environment
People management experience in a plus
Self-motivated with an aptitude for customer satisfaction
Detail oriented organized and a strong multi-tasker
Ability to work well under pressure
Collaborative likes to work in teams
Good Problem Solving Skills
Proactive
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word)
University degree (bachelor of business administration / master)
