DescriptionJob Summary:
The Assistant Director of Academic Records & Registrar is responsible for assisting students in all phases of their
academic program completion by providing assistance with the Registrars Office services.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist with coordination and development of term course schedules
Assist with transfer credit evaluation and processing
Assist with preparation of internal and external institutional reports
Assist with all registration processes
Assist with Academic Probation processes
Assist with Student Appeals processing
Provide graduation support and assist with commencement activities
Maintain and update student records
Other duties as assigned
QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities:
Must have strong customer service perspective and excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented for data entry and registration.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft 365 or related software.
Must be able to work well in a team environment.
Must be able to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems when implemented
Must have a positive problem-solving personality and be willing to research answers to complex questions.
Education and Experience:
Must have a bachelors degree.
Prior experience working with student records and registrar processes is preferred.
A two-three year commitment is requested
