Job Summary:
The Assistant Director of Academic Records & Registrar is responsible for assisting students in all phases of their
academic program completion by providing assistance with the Registrars Office services.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Assist with coordination and development of term course schedules
  • Assist with transfer credit evaluation and processing
  • Assist with preparation of internal and external institutional reports
  • Assist with all registration processes
  • Assist with Academic Probation processes
  • Assist with Student Appeals processing
  • Provide graduation support and assist with commencement activities
  • Maintain and update student records
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Must have strong customer service perspective and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented for data entry and registration.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 or related software.
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment.
  • Must be able to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems when implemented
  • Must have a positive problem-solving personality and be willing to research answers to complex questions.
Education and Experience:
  • Must have a bachelors degree.
  • Prior experience working with student records and registrar processes is preferred.
  • A two-three year commitment is requested
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
