We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Representative to help accelerate SentinelOnes growth in thehealthcare space across the DACH region. Your focus will include both public and private healthcare organisations with over 2500 employees. In this role you will play a key part in expanding our footprint by building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers managing complex sales cycles and delivering cybersecurity solutions that create real long-term value.

You bring 3 years of experience successfully closing high-impact net-new business and thrive in a consultative sales environment. Using MEDDICC you combine strategic thinking with sharp execution confidently navigating complex organisations and aligning technology solutions to business and security priorities. Youre a natural relationship builder who knows how to create partnerships that last.

What will you do

  • Develop and expand direct sales opportunities within healthcare accounts across DACH.
  • Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Lead complex sales cycles and present SentinelOnes cybersecurity solutions to senior executives supported by a dedicated sales engineer and channel partners.
  • Drive growth through partner-led initiatives including managed security services and strategic alliances.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to design and execute effective lead generation and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Consistently uphold sales excellence by following best practices and ensuring operational discipline.
  • Represent and champion SentinelOnes technology in the broader market building awareness and credibility.
  • Participate in key industry events occasionally presenting to showcase our vision and innovation.

What skills and knowledge will you bring

  • Fluent written and spoken German and English with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • 3 years of consistent above-quota sales success ideally as a regional sales executive or manager selling enterprise or endpoint security solutions.
  • Proven enterprise sales experience with established relationships and an actionable network of senior decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity solutions and the ability to translate technical value into business impact.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills both internally and externally with confidence in engaging C-level executives.
  • Experience collaborating with channel partners and a solid grasp of a channel-centric go-to-market approach.
  • Exceptional organizational forecasting and reporting abilities ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Hands-on experience in scaling sales enablement to support growth in a fast-moving competitive environment.
  • Driven curious and passionate about cybersecurity with a whatever it takes mindset to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
