What Youll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of six highperforming sales professionals through coaching mentorship and ongoing skills development.
  • Own regional pipeline management revenue targets forecasting and reporting.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle including closing large and complex enterpriselevel deals.
  • Manage a robust book of business with responsibility for customer retention expansion and netnew logo acquisition.
  • Support your team with quoting pricing strategies and negotiation guidance.
  • Provide consultative sales leadership to customers and partners ensuring exceptional value delivery.
  • Drive continuous development of team members through training performance coaching and bestpractice sharing.
  • Build and strengthen longterm relationships with channel partners to increase SOTIs presence and revenue in the region.
  • Navigate internal teams and resources to address customer challenges streamline solutions and accelerate deal success.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with 710 years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership role leading and developing highperforming teams.
  • Demonstrated success consistently achieving and exceeding growth targets.
  • Proven track record in valuebased solution selling and longterm customer relationship development.
  • Ability to provide senior-level sales leadership to support reps on complex highvalue deals.
  • Exceptional communication skillsboth written and verbalwith persuasive presentation capabilities.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions; familiarity with Enterprise Endpoint and Mobility Management (EMM) is a strong asset.
  • Advanced presentation skills including online product demos and inperson executive-level presentations.
