Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a motivated and passionate Food Runner (Seasonal) Leisure Poolto join our team. The Omni Frisco PGA Resort will provide north Texas with 127000 square feet of event space 13 food and beverage outlets an extravagant spa and a full entertainment district. Featuring two championship 18-hole golf courses along with a third short course we will provide incredible options for our guests and local community for dining events and entertainment.

Family Pool has pool-friendly handhelds big salads and chilled sweet treats. Bar features include vibrant pool mixology frozen cocktails and mocktails. The place for Instagram worthy and experiential activations and promotions.

This role will maintain the highest standards possible for the guest by insuring quick efficient and professional Food runner and delivery services.

Expected start date in March/April 2026.

• Assist in food/bar setup and opening as well as closing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Become completely familiar with the service time menu specials.
• Greet all guests promptly and courteously.
• Deliver food to correct rooms or tables according to ticket floor plan and seat numbers.
• Always inquire if additional service is needed from guests upon delivery and inform server or manager.
• Think clearly quickly maintain concentration and make concise decisions.
• Ability to perform the job functions with minimal supervision.
• Ensure work area is clean and clear of standing water debris or any objects that can obstruct the job duties from being performed safely efficiently and effective.

• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests management and co-workers with the ability to answer guest questions and describe menu items.
• Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department.
• Ability to prioritize organize and follow up on guest requests and needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service service recovery and problem-solving skills.
• Must have unexpired Food Handlers and TABC or obtain upon hire.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
