Job Summary

Job Overview:

This position will be responsible for building segments for various newsletter and promotional emails within our marketing tools as well as creating automated journeys to reach users at different point in their lifecycles.

Responsibilities:

Build audiences within our email service provider (Eloqua) as well as our customer data platform (Unity). These audiences will be using a variety of engagement and demographic fields requested by the various marketing teams.
Create automated journeys for specific points in user lifecycles (Onboarding Re-engagement etc.)
Help monitor and maintain deliverability standards to ensure our emails wind up in users inboxes.

Requirements:

BA or BS ideally with emphasis in: Marketing Advertising or related field
General understanding of email marketing principles and deliverability
Team player that has excellent time management and communication skills
Self-starter that can multitask solve problems and take ownership of projects

Preferred Skills

1 years of experience working with email marketing or CRM tools (Eloqua or other Oracle software a plus)
1 years of office experience
