Description
TOI TOI USA is a leading provider of portable sanitation solutions serving customers across Florida Georgia North Carolina and South Carolina with its headquarters located in Fort Myers Florida. We are seeking a proactive people focused HR Generalist to support day to day Human Resources operations in the United States. This role will work closely with local leadership to ensure consistent HR support across employee relations onboarding compliance and HR administration.
This is a hybrid role based in Fort Myers. Occasional travel may be required to support regional needs.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations and Employee Support
- Support onboarding employee changes and lifecycle processes
- Serve as a resource for employee questions policies and HR guidance
- Assist with employee relations matters and documentation
Compliance and Administration
- Support compliance with federal state and local employment requirements
- Assist with benefits administration payroll coordination and HR record management
- Help maintain accurate HR systems and employee files
Talent and Development Support
- Provide recruiting support including job postings interviews and onboarding coordination
- Assist with performance management processes and training logistics
- Support employee engagement efforts and internal communications
Payroll and Benefits Support
- Coordinate payroll processing support ensuring accurate employee data and timely submissions
- Partner with Finance or external providers to resolve payroll questions and discrepancies
- Support benefits administration including enrollments employee questions and vendor coordination
- Assist with leave tracking and related employee support

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist capacity
- Strong interpersonal skills professionalism and sound judgment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Fluency in English required Spanish is a strong advantage
