Job Description:

As a Maintenance Person at Milan Institute you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety functionality and cleanliness of our school facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing electrical systems and HVAC equipment.
Building Repairs: Address and resolve minor structural issues including doors windows walls and roofs.
Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the schools outdoor spaces including lawn care landscaping and snow removal during the winter months.
Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
Cleaning and Sanitization: Assist in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment including cleaning classrooms restrooms and common areas as needed.

Requirements
