Responsibilities
What Youll Do
- Direct all nursing service activities for the facility
- Ensure safe and appropriate staff-to-patient ratios
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in alignment with PAM Health standards and accreditation requirements
- Foster a culture of clinical excellence accountability and compassion
- Partner with interdisciplinary leaders to drive quality safety and operational performance
- Actively engage with staff on the floor to support care delivery and professional development
Qualifications
Active RN license in the state of practice
Masters Degree (or active progression toward a Masters Degree) required
Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience
3 years of nursing management experience preferred
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Specialty certification preferred (CNE CRRN CCRN PCCN)
