Requirements

• Doctorate
• Master of Social Work obtained through an accredited program
• 2 years post-MSW experience
• A current social work license
• Experience with CSWE accreditation requirements
• Experience teaching in online education
• âPrevious experience with writing accreditation reports and leading a team is preferred

Compensation is determined based on the qualifications experience and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program health insurance paid time off and a retirement savings plan with company match. The salary range for this position is $78030 to $105570.

As a member of the academic leadership team your responsibilities include hiring training developing and evaluating staff and faculty and supervision of both faculty and staff but extends to programmatic management as well. This may include data collection analysis and reporting and continuous improvement.Experience with programmatic accreditation is desired.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Ability to move about readily and rapidly if necessary around campus classrooms clinical settings etc. to access classrooms desks students office machinery clinics patients etc.
• Constantly communicates using the spoken word with students staff and colleagues.
• Visually or otherwise identify observe and assess.
• Operate equipment specific to programmatic track personal computer audio-visual equipment clinical equipment etc.
• Travel to off-site meetings or conferences or to observe students during clinical education at off-site clinical settings.
• In addition to the above requirements for programs that include a clinical component all faculty must be able to:
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.
• Finger dexterity required to manipulate objects.
• Ability to see and hear within normal parameters.
• Lift up to 25 pounds.
