Job Summary: The Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst will work remotely and report to the Accounts Receivable Manager. This role will oversee and optimize the companys AR processes ensuring timely collection of receivables accurate financial reporting support month-end close and yearly internal and external audits.

The key responsibilities and duties of this position include but are not limited to:

Manage and analyze accounts receivable balances via aging report to ensure timely accurate payment collections identify high-risk accounts and recommend collection strategies

Document customer updates for the status of payments and/or deduction resolutions

Process incoming customer payments in compliance with AR policies and procedures

Resolve complex billing payment and customer account discrepancies

Audit customer deductions timely for validation and clearing

Prepare and analyze AR metrics (DSO delinquency rates and cash status) and present insights to AR manager

Support month-end quarter-end and year-end close activities related to AR

Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls related to account receivable tasks

Partner with Sales Customer Service and Finance to resolve disputes and improve cash flow

Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation support and explanations when requested

Represent the company in a professional manner by providing exceptional timely customer service when interacting with internal and external customers

Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Associated Degree (preferably with a focus in business)

5 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable or finance

Strong understanding of AR processes revenue recognition and cash application

Excel skills with Pivot Tables Vlookup/Xlookup formulas

Experience with AR modules in systems such as NetSuite SAP Oracle or similar

Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross functionally

Must be willing to submit a background check and pre-employement drug screening

Must be eligible to work in the US

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in a high-volume or complex AR environment

Team player that is able to work independently as well as part of the AR team.

Knowledge of audit support

Experience with AR automation tools or reporting dashboards
