Job Summary
RUTLAND CITY PUBLIC SCHOOLS - MATHEMATICS TEACHER - RUTLAND HIGH SCHOOLRutland High School seeks an energetic mathematics teacher to serve our learners and join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be well-versed and ready to implement the Common Core State Standards. Applicants should be willing and able to teach a wide range of coursework including integrated math. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content technology integration and STEM principles. Desired is a background in Proficiency-Based Learning and instructional strategies that support brain-based learning concepts. Very importantly we seek an individual who can enter into a collaborative partnership with colleagues willing to actively participate in a professional learning community to support the education of all City Public Schools offer a competitive salary a generous benefits package and the opportunity to participate in the Rutland City Pension successful candidate will hold (or be able to obtain) a 7-12 level license in Vermont.
